Brea seniors, it's never too late to start exercising for your health and well being. Did you know you can participate in a variety of free classes at Pioneer Hall designed just for you? Exercise at your own pace in comfortable surroundings, while meeting new friends.

Thursdays, 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Exercise every part of the body by using a variety of standing and sitting exercises with some modified aerobics. Each class has a variety of exercises with music. By Older Adults Program.
